Effects of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus)

Nitrogen and Phosphorus fertilizers are required to enhance the plant growth yield. The appropriate nitrogen phosphorus doses on yield of dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) not well known. A study evaluate effect was arranged in a completely randomized block design with two factors three replications. treatments consisted four (0, 50, 75 100 g-1pillar) g-1pillar). Growth were significantly (p < 0.01) affected by increasing showed interaction number shoots, flowers, sets. shoots increased from around 102.98 162.10 % at dose g compared no treatment. produced 152.64 more flowers 0 phosphorus. set 58.32% 50 applied different fruits 139.35 13.56 - 58.15 %. Individual weight among TSS significant difference. Application fertilizer g-1pillar maximum yield, respectively, thus, it should be recommended as optimum doses.
